Parcels are picked up by Purolator (or the appropriate carrier) from Wednesday to Friday. If we have made a mistake, we will exchange your items. Contact us to determine the most appropriate procedure for your situation.
Delivery times
We prepare parcels Monday to Friday. Delivery time is 2 to 3 business days following the order processing date. Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our workshop. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. If a product is missing after billing, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a solution to your satisfaction. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, before your order is finalised.
For all orders requiring a signature
The carrier will leave a note at your door if you are not home. You can pick up your parcel according to the procedures established by the delivery companies. After 5 days of waiting, the parcel will be returned to Le Tricot avec Caro and you will have to pay again to have it shipped to you. Please note that Le Tricot avec Caro in Victoriaville is not responsible for anything that may happen to a parcel after delivery. Unclaimed or refused parcels will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Delivery
Each order is delivered to the address provided. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer. If you notice an error or wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at jetricote@tricotcaro.com, quoting your order number, and we will be happy to make the necessary corrections.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
Changes before shipment
We understand that you may make a mistake in your order and contact us before the package is shipped. However, we process packages quickly, so your package may already be on its way. If this is the case, please contact us at jetricote@tricotcaro.com to determine the most appropriate procedure for your situation.
Returning goods
Cuticle balms, due to the nature of the product, this is a final sale, and therefore are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If we have made a mistake in the colour or quantity, please let us know as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving the parcel). We will arrange for transportation at our expense. If you made a mistake, you can return your merchandise within one week (7 days from the date of receipt) for an exchange at your expense. We do not accept merchandise that is not in its original condition.
Delivery to remote areas
We will contact customers for deliveries to remote areas (Kuujjuaq, or any other destinations that require a postal surcharge) in order to charge you the necessary transport surcharge. This amount varies from $5 to $25.
Oversized parcel delivery
We will contact you if your parcel exceeds the average shipping costs due to excessive weight or size. All parcels weighing less than 2.5 kilograms are considered standard.
Deliveries outside Quebec - Canada
It is now possible to order from anywhere in Canada. A fee of $28 applies. For Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, Labrador or the Yukon, please contact us for an adjusted rate.
