1. My mission and my promise
My goal in offering this course is to accompany you stitch by stitch so that you become autonomous in your knitting projects. To guide you in understanding the reason for a particular instruction. Read your stitches to complete your projects with pleasure. In short, to create your ready-to-wear garments in your own image, and with pleasure!
1. Conditions of sale and use
The use of my products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited, nor shall you, in using the Service, violate any laws of Quebec or your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).
You may not transmit any worms, viruses or other code of a destructive nature.
Any breach or violation of this agreement will result in immediate termination of your services on my site.
In particular, the transmission of an Access Code to you in order to access certain private content available on our web site constitutes the assignment of an exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to you to view the purchased content for a period equivalent to your lifetime or until the closure of the web site, or until the closure of (Caroline Normandeau)'s business or until the death of (Caroline Normandeau), whichever occurs first.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall nevertheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from the Agreement, such severance not to affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
1. Cancellation
The obligations and liabilities incurred by the parties prior to the date of termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
The provisions of this agreement shall be effective unless and until terminated by either you or not. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying me that you no longer wish to use my Services, or when you cease to use my Site.
If I determine, in my sole discretion, that you are unsuccessful, or if I suspect that you have been unable to comply with the terms of this Agreement, I may also terminate this Agreement at any time without notice to you and you will remain liable for all amounts owing up to and including the date of termination, and/or I may deny you access to my Services (or any part thereof).

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This Agreement and any separate agreements whereby I provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec. Also, any dispute concerning this contract, the Services and any other dispute between us shall be heard and judged in the judicial district of (Victoriaville) (Quebec, Canada). The courts of this district shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear such disputes.
