Work the stitch knitwise through the back strand by pointing the working needle backwards (towards you), and wrapping it with the working thread, and pull through the stitch the new stitch on the working needle. Results in a twisted knit stitch.

Work a yarn over twice between 2-two knitted stitches (inc 2 sts)

Repeat [bring the working yarn between the needles from back to front, and over the needle carrying the new stitches] twice. Ready to work a knit stitch. The result is an increase of 2-two stitches.
